Workspace Guide: organise research, notes and reports

How Clarifo workspaces work: organise analyses, notes and company data, collaborate with your team, write reports in the document editor and use the workspace chat.

1 min readUpdated

Workspaces are your central hub for organising financial research. Create analyses, collaborate with your team and build reports, all in one place.

What are workspaces?

Workspaces are shared environments where you organise your financial research. Each workspace can contain analyses, notes, company data and chat sessions. Think of them as project folders for your investment research: one per company, sector or client assignment.

Team collaboration

On Pro you can share a workspace with a read-only link, so colleagues can follow your analyses and reports. On a Team plan, members share team workspaces that everyone can edit, and you can share a workspace with editing rights.

Document editor

The built-in editor supports rich text formatting, tables, images, mathematical formulas and code blocks. Use it to write investment memos, research notes or full reports without leaving Clarifo. The keyboard shortcuts guide lists the editor shortcuts.

Workspace chat

Each workspace has its own AI chat that remembers your conversation context. Ask questions about the companies in your workspace, request analyses or get help writing reports. See the chat guide.

Analyses

Create Analysis on the dashboard writes a full company or industry report into the workspace, which you can then edit like any other document. See AI analyses.

Visual Cards

The workspace dashboard also opens Visual Cards Studio, where you turn a topic or your own workspace sources into a shareable card story. Documents and analyses can be turned into cards with the Visual Story button. Card stories are saved in the workspace next to the documents they came from. See the Visual Cards guide.
